| Gareth Hock is just as likely to lose England a game than win it.
A part from that not a lot. I'm not a fan who maons about everything and anything about the game, but just can't see any benefit from this tournament at all.
I'm a massive fan for developing the international game, but can't see what Wales players or fans got out of that.
The Aussies & Kiwis are on the up after abeach resting long season, having a proper off-season and will have a full pre-season a head of WC year. While we are continuing playing for 3 more weeks and shortening players off-season and pre-season.
I'm sure Mcnamara will tell eveyrone how hugely benefitting this was for the team.
Sorry for the moan.

| Great the Welsh players gave what they had & people moan, Can't you support young lads representing their country. You can only play what is in front of you, yes it would have been better to play Australia or NZ but they can't be bothered. The only thing this has proved to me is that since we got rid of GB it has made the Welsh, Scots & Irish weaker, as people with conections to them like Carvell now opt for England. Except for world cup we should be GB when we play the Aussies & Kiwi's & all players should have play these games before they are eligable for GB.

| Granted not the toughest opposition but enjoyed watching Watkins and Charnley shine and gel on the right hand side. A potential back 5 of Tomkins, Charnley, Watkins, Reed, Hall looks very promising to me.

Not saying it's right because they are doing it. Im saying i can't see the benfit of extending our players season even longer, shortening their pre-season and then smashing a team of which half are part time.
Not having a pop at the Welsh lads either, they put a gutsy display, and i would love to see more Sl clubs sign the Welsh players up as their are some great young players coming through.

| It was 32-12 after around 45-50 minutes and England ripped them apart in the last half an hour. Wales have a team full of kids and only a handful of full-time players.
We could curse the International game or praise England's preparation and the fact they looked very strong in that second half. Maybe the SA trip and getting the side together throughout the season is working? I think the Exiles games will also become one-sided affairs within a couple of years.
Geez, what about the bonus of England spending time in camps and preparing together? Maybe we will be a lot better for it regardless in 12 months time.

What does that have to do with anything?

Don’t you dare moan, you’ll be getting the rose tinted International crew criticising your apathy.
The whole concept is a farce, God knows how much it cost to ship ‘em all off to South Africa for altitude training (holiday) the attendance looked embarrassing & the commentary was poor, anyhow, roll on the big finale .

| England would have benefited more from playing the Knights.
However, this will have benefited Wales and it's games like this, plus the increased investment in lower levels, that will see them produce better players and get a stronger and more competitive team.

| I think we learnt-
Wales try their nuts off and look well set up but they lack quality. Is it better for them to go in to the world cup with an inexperienced side and try to progress or to bring in a few Aussies/English players with Welsh heritage?
England have some exciting young players coming through especially in the outside backs.
Gaz Hock is the best running forward in superleague but is lazy in defence especially in lesser games.
Josh Charnley and Zak Hardaker like fist pumping.
Think that's about it.

| We smashed the Taffs today. What a performance!! Wow!! Massive domination by England. This proves beyond belief that the franchise system is working and that MacNamara is probably the best International coach in the game.
Bring on the Aussies and the World Cup. We are goddamn ready!!
Engeeeeerlaaaaand!!!!

| We were in a no win situation. We put ourselves in a no win situation.
England rightly battered Wales. Well we should. England is the major heartland around here, and Wales is developing with a long way to go. So we hammered them into submission.
It was a farce of a scoreline for an international.
If England failed to do this, it's a farce of a performance from England because of the relative strength of the squads. A close game isn't competitive, it's dire. Either way, its a farce, and we get very very little from it.
The fans knew it which is why so few turned up and all in all, it was not exactly a positive experience.

Scratch what I said this is the right opinion.
We beat, what, fifth in the world today? Imagine what we'll do to the aussies. Even if we only get half the points we'll still embarrass 'em. Engurlaaaaaand!
