Lets not forget the merged clubs were favoured during the mergers, both received double funding IIRC and in Hull FC's case it stopped them going into financial administration. The KC (now MKM) was built by HCC with the profits made from the KC sale. All three Hull clubs were offered the facility but HKR refused, preferring to play on their Craven Park ground, which in hindsight has proved the correct decision. The SMC at the time was bought by Hull City because Hull FC either refused or were not financially able to participate and Adam Pearson, at the time the CEO at Hull City, negotiated the terms and conditions with his Hull FC counterpart. The current landlord of Odsal Stadium is a member led organisation. Do we all agree that the state of Odsal is so poor that the landlords should immediately request substantial renovation funds from their members?

Agreed, since the RFL took on the head lease they've not lived up to their responsibilities as custodians of the sport.
