Quote: Wigg'n "It sounds like a Hull home game. Have any Saints fans turned up?'"
I thought the same but the commentator said they were surrounded by the Hull supporters. The St Helen's supporters were on the opposite side of the ground, away from the mikes. All competing clubs were allocated, and sold, an equal allocation.
Regarding the Fages try, I have no grievance. He collected a loose ball instantly and instinctively and legally scored the try as any professional would be expected to do. I'm sure any Hull player would have done the same in the cicumstance. The same can be said for any other team. It's cup rugby and any advantage must be taken. I feel sorry for Griffin and hope he recovers soon.
Congratulations to St Helen's and Castleford in reachng the final; it promises to be a good, close game.
