No they haven't. The first proposed ground (sorry that's really the 2nd as they proposed one on the site of the old Glasshoughton pit in the 70s
) on the other side of the road, or at least the stadium build, was to be funded by the club themselves. That didn't happen because despite being given the land and obtaining full planning permission they didn't have the money to fund it - selling WR for either housing or a new supermarket was never going to raise the amount required.
