Better venue but they'll just bump the hotel prices to ridiculous levels again. Some flop house in Jesmond that is usually £50 a night will be £150! I'm staying in Durham.

There's a great metro service into Newcastle just look a bit further away if anybody wants to save on cash

How are the fixtures for this decided...does it go last seasons league positions.. Or will wire just play Wigan again

Nice little Air BnB booked Fri-Mon (£240) in Gateshead, a 2 minute walk away from Metro. Will either be split 2 or 3 ways so better paying £40 p/p a night than the extortionate city centre prices! Much prefer the flexibility of having my own place for the weekend as well. Gonna check out a few local boozers as well while I'm there and mix with the locals rather than just pile into the usual haunts in the city centre.

Liverpool just didn't do it for me I'm afraid and more than happy to be back in the Toon!

This season's fixtures were based on 2018 finishng positions - 1v3, 2v4, 5v7, 6v8, 9v11 and 10v12.
