I am aware of that (thought he was on more actually), however my understanding was that Toronto had the same salary cap spend (plus slight variations due to exchange rates) as other SL and Champ clubs

Well you are wrong and work it out if they had the same salary cap as Super League clubs how an earth would that make them the same cap as Championship sides

Champ teams are allowed the same salary cap as SL teams are they not, providing they can meet the revenue criteria - pretty sure we at Leigh were towards the full cap last season, believe it or not
