The first one was borderline for me and I think try was a fair call but that is a clear double movement. Terrible decision.

Just because the ball carrying arm touches the floor doesn't mean that the tackle was complete. There was nobody actually tackling him, just a couple of bodies flopping around him

Any sort of contact whilst the players ball carrying arm is on the floor is a tackle, even more so when stopped. Just as a fingernail on the ball over the try line is a try.
