| I wanted to Castleford to win tonight but my what a fantastic end to end game of Rugby League.
The entertainment level has increased significantly this season.

| Watts just sorta leans in a bit, Dwyer was going to run in to him no matter what, that was his entire plan, run in to Watts, do the dying swan and see what happens.
Well, he leaned in a bit and gave the ref a reason, it was a 50/50 chance he didn't need to take.

Funny that, I didn't want either to win,
Great game once again, I think you're bang on, there's been some decent games on.

| Was always coming for Leeds I’ve felt. They haven’t been atrocious this season but for large spells they just fall asleep.
Cas had 3 opportunities for that drop goal, should have gone way before mcshanes brain fart.
God knows what parcel was doing in the tuck to give that penalty away.

| Strange feeling, good to get the win but still massively concerning how we easily collapsed again, only reason we didn’t lose it is because McShane got greedy. Against any other club he would’ve passed the ball but he still has a massive chip on his shoulder from Leeds letting him go.
Leeds kicking game was awful and once Cas got to grips with Hurrell in the 2nd half we didn’t have much of another plan.
As for Gronk complaining about the Watts decision, Leeds had two calls against them in the previous set that could’ve given us a kickable penalty. Mata’utia laying in the ruck and trips up Myler and Hurrell incorrectly adjudged to have knocked on when Cas hands were clearly involved.

Coupled with Watts's "alleged" misdemeanour it was getting silly, oh well, if they didn't have the odd "revert to type" they'd probably be playing at better clubs.

| I think the penalty on Watts was justified. No need for him to stick his arm out like he did, they’d have still have had to run around him. McShane was lucky not to get 10 for the elbow on myler. Nothing damaging but just stupid.
I feel Cas need McShane at hooker, I’m worried about them without him. Still a good squad but he really gets them going and playing better. Watts and Foster had good games, can’t remember Eden getting the ball, needed him to score

| Whoever thinks Watts did nothing wrong needs to give their head a shake. He couldnt have made it more obvious if he’d have told Thaler what he was gonna do. He stops, takes a step to the right creating a wider leg stance and slightly drops his shoulder in preparation for the impact. Granted, Dwyer knew what he was doing and milked it well, but Watts made it easy for Thaler.

This. The frustrating thing is that Dwyer wouldn’t have got near Trueman anyway. Watts should have made himself as small as possible and fallen over when Dwyer ran into him.
