Although they gave Leeds a game today, Widnes have been very disappointing and are now as good as relegated.
Over now to the expansion brigade, 1 from 3, with Toronto, London and Toulouse all on 4 points and 3 games to go.
Mind you, Leeds play Salford next week and they could do with getting something out of that one
If next weeks victors are Salford, Widnes, Toronto and KR we will have a top 5 as followsIf that is the case and results go to form the following week against Widnes and Fax then the final round match between Leeds and Toronto would be a shootout for the 3rd and final automatic place

£20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000.
The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
