Whilst I agree with a lot of your post. I disagree with the last line. If anything if we reduce the amount of subs per game. Then I think we will see a lot more utility players, who can fill in the positions required. As some one has said your still going to use 3/4 subs for prop rotation.
in theory it should help make them game more exciting especially rewards the end when players tire. Unfortunately I think all it will do is increase the amount of 1 man rugby till sides tire.
But there are arguments for and against. It will be interesting to see which way the RFl go here. I imagine they'll go to 8 myself.
