I'm sure that Wigan & Saints had it all sorted, pre-season! Mind you, they most likely don't have any 'undesirables' on their books. Tell you what though, I bet Leeds hadn't thought of the possible need for visas, during pre-season!!
Incidentally, one of our (Leigh) players couldn't travel to Toronto, and it was most likely because of a 'personal' issue. You now have that player!

why just blame the rfl? aren't the majority of clubs in the league part to blame too?
