The Beaumont's as a family used to live in Astley, a village between Leigh & Boothstown (Boothstown is in Salford Astley is not) , they first had a UPVC glaziing/conservatory business in Leigh, I know as I used to kick all their s in the Leigh Pool League & a friend lived near them in Astley.
The Beaumont lads are regular working class lads done good & very, very good in DB's case ! |

He would then enter the M8s with a severely weakened team but he may carry on knowing he will have 750K of sky money to help him out next year.
Personally if I were a Leigh fan, I'd want rid of him ASAP. If they were to get in the 4 then they should use the money received to start cutting their cloth so they could challenge for next years top 4 and get the 750K again. It would give them some solid ground to start building again. |
