In fairness to Hull if that’s being used as a comparison, Wigan had rafts of players missing as well. Some through injury and Bateman, Williams and O’Loughlin were in America. I had a quick glance at the Wakey side and it looks pretty healthy.

Really poor result for Hull though and one I didn’t see coming.

Doubtless the Wakey fans will get carried away with this result against a crap team and not for the first time be asking each other 'are we a big club again'.

To me that result looks like Hull have decided they wont be able to catch the top four in the Super 8's so decided to condemn Leeds to the Middle 8's instead.

From the first tackle you could tell Hull weren't up for the battle. They weren't poor, they just didn't have any energy in their game.
Once Wakefield realised they just started running straight and hard.
I've seen us lose and play better this season.

Credit where it is due, the Hull fans came in numbers and cheered their team to the end and clapped them off.
When everyone is fit again I'm sure they'll be fine.
