Like when Lyne quite clearly put the ball down before regaining his feet to win a penalty which resulted in the try that took you ahead? Or the penalty Johnstone won for a “high shot” that was identical to one Taia received on the set before which led to the try before that and started the role that Wakefield got on? All of these things even themselves out over the course of a match.
As for the Taia decision - if not a try, it’s a sin bin for a head shot on Lomax off the ball. I actually think Child gave the try to avoid that decision.
I get Sky want to get controversy, but I don’t think Saints would have won a Sky game this year “if” not for reffing decisions.
Edit: that’s not to say that Wakefield didn’t deserve to push us all the way and played their part in a great game of rugby that I’m sure was great for the neutrals.
