Very true, probably best to reign in my expectations.

My mate had a KIT box. Briefly. He complained about the blurry picture & Kcom told him they broadcast in 'soft focus'...got uninstalled the next day!

I can't believe anyone actually pays full pops for sky. I've never paid more than 1/2 their published prices and have even had it for 75% off in the past. I currently pay £35 pm for sport in HD, movies and box sets plus they gave me a q box for £20. People need to learn to negotiate
