Interesting thread as im going on holiday to Estartit in May and then the fixture list came out it just so happens my team, Hull FC, are playing Catalan on May 29th so weve booked a hotel for the night in Perpignan and will be driving from estartit on match day and returning the next day - what i would like to know is how would i get from the centre of Perpignan to the ground - is there buses as i dont think its walkable?

get in touch with Catalan sport tours pal. They will get you a fee on coach price from Perpignan to ground return and match ticket included. Easily best option.

Bus numbers 4, 12, 13 and 14 (i think) from the Castillet takes you to the ground - about 1.50 euro or free with a match ticket, though the last one back is about 7/8 pm though so make sure your in time or get a taxi

Depends whether you like walking.
Its about 1 - 1.5 miles to the ground from the centre of Perpignan and there is a McDonalds about half way if you need refreshments (they sell chilled bottled beer in there )
We've always walked, about 30 - 40 mins, a bit longer if you stop for a burger though.
It's a straight road, very easy to find etc. and then you will stumble on the converted cinema, next to the ground, which seems to be used mainly by visiting supporters
