Not sure whether it's on the BBC site too, but the RFL Club Finder shows there are about 20 clubs in Scotland. Although that figure is all clubs, and each club differs in what age groups they have. Some might only be open age for instance, some might just run a few junior sides. Plus, I'm not sure how up to date the info is.

Sadly most of these clubs are just a "webpage". The only team that could be considered to be active is Aberdeen, other than that its nothing more than Glasgow based Rugby Union players who assemble a team to challenge Aberdeen, or defunct clubs which haven't had the interest to keep going.
