To be fair to Leaguefan (not always an easy option) in the American model, the franchise such as Raiders and Rams moves cities not the other way round so we would have the Sheffield Bulls playing in Sheffield

Where did I say that it would work? I was merely pointing out that in the NFL franchise system the 'Bulls' would go to Sheffield as opposed to sending Sheffield to Bradford an option offered by another poster

Neither option works , both clubs are currently bolloxed , putting the together wouldn't solve anything

Relevant or not I didn't bring the US system into the argument someone else did.

Again I never said it would work with the particular clubs mentioned in THEIR Rugby League example, but, tried to suggest that the system that THEY were trying to use, the NFL method of franchising wasn't strictly correct. For example, the Oakland RAIDERS that temporarily went to Los Angeles and the Los Angeles RAMS had spent some time as the St Louis RAMS

Hence as a direct comparative, Bradford BULLS become Sheffield BULLS in THEIR example in Sheffield

I think its quite clear now that with the Batley friendly being called off due to the lack of players at Bradford its time to forget for them season and hope something can be sorted out for next season.
