We were hoping more people would follow our lead but they didn't. Every other team were just like sheep and continued to follow the blind idea of thinking you need to have a scrum half in the side. Had more teams not selected scrum halves we would have done better.
Joking aside though I am not totally convinced that so-called professional players in any sport should require motivating. Planning and tactics yes but they should motivate themselves.

No way the cut in funding and crowds would create a financial black hole, no way they would bring in loads of players in a desperate attempt for promotion, thats crazy talk and would be a brand new thing for the game to experience.

Bradford are a full time club who have failed to finish in the top four, of a mostly part time league.
