What do neutrals make of thaler refereeing of this game?I watched it and thought a few things either way could have gone reversely but overall he didn't impact scoreline..hull had enough possession to win that game by 20/30.for all the sneeeeeyynnndd chants wigan could have won that game with so little attacking possession.saying all that they deserve to be in final but Warrington on paper have a lot of craft in backs far more than hull.its just if hulls pack can be met in middle.radford has no plan b unfortunately plan a had been more than enough this year

He knocked on, fair enough, but how we didnt get the scrum from Williams losing control of the ball in the impact of the tackle I have no idea! The ball lost on impact of the tackle has been classed as a loose carry by the ball carrier and therefore a knock on by that ball carrier as long as I can recall.

Wigan are a rank average team. They are well coached within their limitations but, Williams aside, are clueless in attack now that ratboy seems to have had his pace & heart removed. It's May since they scored 30 points which is unbelievable for a team challenging for the hub cap. Hull have a team packed with talent but their attack is poor, given that talent. Wire are head & shoulders above them in attacking prowess; I can't see past a comfortable Wire win on the big Wembley pitch.

I think Thaler is generally our best ref, but there were a few odd decisions both ways on Friday. Not one of his better games, I'd say.
