| Eddie Hemmings is a talented commentator but a mediocre pundit. His love of St Helens always shines through. Have we all forgotten how cringeworthy Eddie Waring and Ray 'he's going for the line' French were behind the microphone?

| I like Phil Clarke. Don't have a problem with him at all.
He needs to keep clear of the Stevo type character that Sky like to create that's all.

| Don't mind Clarke TBH, particularly now that his tendency towards using some less-than-meaningful stats seems to have been toned down.
Carney and Wells are fine.
As is Eddie - just about. Angela Powers is competent enough.
Baz n Tez's "humour" isn't far removed from them lighting each others' farts.
Stevo's sole role these days seems to be to create the illusion that Cummings has a full grasp of the rules of the game.
BBC-wise, don't like Davies much, like Wilkin less. Woods is fine. Noble and Kear can be good to listen to, as can Peacock at times. Big thumbs-down for Eorl.

| Agree with Clearwing. I find Davies' peevish "Just watch!" irritating; I am watching, you fool! He seldom seems capable of adding the insights that the likes of Freddie Fittler and (especially) Peter Sterling add to the NRL.
Wells is the best (arguably the only good) thing on Sky by a mile.

| The biggest problem I have with sky is their apparent desire to create as much controversy as possible and then continue to reference it for the entire game. I'm convinced this comes from the producers of the program as a policy rather than individual pundits.
The NRL commentary in contrast will disagree with a decision, state their reasons why and then move on and actually commentate on the game.
I like Wells and Carney, Clarke gets a bit tiresome and has gone worse over the years, he was good at the beginning. Eddie and Stevo just need replacing as their time has gone. We need someone who actually commentates and a partner who actually talks sense and understands the rules of the sport. Barry and Terry were fine doing a boots n all segment but shouldn't be in the commentary box.

| Eddie is fine in my opinion.
Stevo is past it and is retiring anyway.
O'Connor is a nice guy but really poor for me.
McDermott on the other hand could be Stevo's replacement one day. When separated from O'Connor he is a good summariser and has a different view to the others. Especially his knowledge of the young players and up to date tactics.
Clarke is an intelligent bloke and needs to get back to that. If he goes down the line of the "Sky character" he'll be lost. He should be modelling himself on the likes of ex players on the Aussie channels like Lewis and Sterling in the half time discussions.
Carney is the future for me. Very presentable and a good interviewer. Sky should be investing in him to make him better. I liked his one on one interviews. He could do a "Sterlo" type programme if we could get guests that were as good as Braith Anasta and Corey Parker.
Wells is another I like and out of the Carney mould. His analysis is as good as you'll see on any other sport on Sky. He needs more air time and not just snippets after game.
I'm not sure if there are others coming through.
BBC have improved recently.
Davies can be irritating but he is a big draw for the BBC and he does push rugby league as much as rugby union so is no bad thing for us.
The Super League Show is good but it has to have a better time slot and wider coverage to be successful.
Tanya Arnold is excellent. She is good at what she does.
The players they get on vary in tv skills. Peacock as an example is a big name but isn't good at presenting himself. If they start to pick up the players that have been in Oz they'll get a lot better quality of discussion, because they are trained to do it in oz. We should maybe learn that lesson.
