He doesn't have too many weaknesses (when playing well), but that's by far the biggest.
Teams know that the chances of him chiming into the line & passing are so slim, combined with knowing that he'll probably get passed the ball most plays due to his willingness to get involved, which makes him quite easy to pick out and wrap up. He is a big strong runner, so will get the tackle busts, but number up and he's nullified.
He's still young, so plenty of time to add that to his game.
