| I was at Sam Platt's yesterday and you could tell it was going to happen about an hour before it actually did. It all started off great, two sets of fans, having a laugh and a beer and a bit of a sing song. Then two sets of fans from both sides, (none who were in club colours, if that even matters, but I think it does), started closing the gap in the tents at Sam Platt's, and the atmosphere completely changed. I went with a group of 20 and a lot of those were women who wanted us to leave way before it all kicked off because you could tell something wasn't right. We mentioned something to the bouncers about just removing them but made a point of it causing more trouble than it was probably worth, and decided to put a row of 6/7 bouncers in a line separating the two.
Then all it took was one push and all hell broke loose, and one of the girls I was with almost got caught in the middle of it, but luckily was dragged away before a flying bottle nearly caught her in the face, but a bouncer wasn't so lucky who got hit in the eye and was flat out on the ground as we left. Wigan 'fans' if you can call them that started it, and Leeds gave as good as they got. Disgraceful stuff really, and I wouldn't say it ruined the day, but certainly put a dampener on it.

| The fighting in the bottom of the North Stand seem to go on all game, looked pretty bad. Most of the Leeds fans were well behaved around us. Apart from the trouble what a great advert for the sport Saturday was thoroughly enjoyed it.

| Quote: wakefieldwall "Had some complete cretins from Leeds sat behind me on Saturday, one of the women kept screaming and shouting 'kill the c*nts'. What a delight she was. Had my 8 year old son with me and it obviously got to him a bit. Generally I go with a 'what you hear at rugby stays there' but this was constant on and on and on. I was a bit gutted it upset him and he wanted to leave at the final whistle rather than stay for the trophy presentation. Just bad luck to be sat in front of an utter tramp.'"
Could you not have asked her to watch the language very loudly, so all around her could hear?
I find that once you embarrass people like that they generally go very quiet.

I'd asked nicely and not so nicely. Intervention of another Leeds fan shut her up then she started again at the end. Not really one for moaning to the stewards and I've come across worse. Other than the idiots behind had a great day out.

| Well the youth on the clip should be ashamed.
Hiding behind a bin & throwing cans like a girl .
