Can remember the exact same thing happened a few years back with Leeds and Saints fans.....We had to shuffle out through the side of the tent.....Leeds on one side and Saints on t*other and it kicked off....Just takes a couple of Nutters....

The 2012 Wire-Leeds final was like this all evening. Everywhere I seemed to go it was kicking off. Wire v Widnes, Wire v Leeds and remarkably Leeds v Leeds in the stands during the game.

Wasn't it a Leeds fan that kicked off in the stands at magic weekend as well? I never saw what happened then, I just saw someone getting pulled out of the stands by stewards but someone mentioned it to me.

It was yes. The same group of lads came into the Rose & Crown in the city centre in the afternoon and the landlady turned them away. One of them - the one that kicked off in the ground - headbutted the wall of the pub and shouted Leeds on the way out. Was clearly coked up to the eyeballs.

I thought that rugby league fans were civilized. This would never happen in Perpignan, where rugby league fans' worst excesses are to throw only empty plastic bottles at cheating or incompetent referees and touch judges.

Not really fair to just blame Leeds fans here,I heard off my mate inside the ground what happened at Sam platts as he was there. 2 big groups of youngish lads from both sides were all singing in that big tent when a Leeds fan in fancy dress came right up towards the WIgan lot and started to shout abuse, he was knocked to the ground by a wigan fan and then both sets of fans charged at eachother, the fighting lasted at least a good minute and there was people escaping from the tent terrified. My mate follows United home and away and said this was possibly the worse trouble he had seen for years at both sports. Also heard the same 2 groups were fighting outside the oyster bar Earlier in the day.

The Rhino fan was probably first and foremast a Leeds United - they usually like to instigate trouble then claim innocence afterwards. They must have a combined IQ of 0.
