Quote secondstanza="secondstanza"Haven't seen the Hudds/Leeds match as I just got back from the Wigan game. Naturally disappointed after that performance we couldn't take the shield but it would certainly be bittersweet as Leeds have been the best team for me. As a Wigan fan, I'd prefer to play Hudds who will be feeling deflated after this, and who we've beaten three times this season. The idea of playing either Leeds or Saints at this knockout stage terrifies me as I truly believe that despite what the table says they're both better teams.'"
Hudds would have been far more deflated had wigan lost, as it would have meant them blowing the league leaders shield. As it is, they wen't from playing leeds at home, to playing leeds away, to playing wigan away in the space of about 90 seconds

But after a good nights sleep, they'll realise it's still all to play for. Wigan maybe slightly deflated due to how it ended, will be eager to brush this away with a ''LLS, who needs that? we'll take the grand final!!'' kind of attitude.
As long as hudds don't do their usual playoff kind of performance it should be a really good game.
