I think the difference was that in the Leeds no-try Shenton was moving to tackle the Leeds player with the ball but was prevented from doing so by the dummy runner. Whereas in the Cas try the Leeds player went to tackle the Cas dummy runner. I might be wrong, I don't know what the current interpretation of the rule is, though the studio seemed to think the VR got each correct.
