Rugger Express are genuine, or atleast they where. At the bottom of the Charterplan website they still have the old Rugger Express phone number, 0844 856 7811. The more I look the more I feel it is a genuine travel company. As Charterplans existing number 0333 444 0226 googled comes up with Soccerexpress which have ran a few football trips, Notably some Man City finals.
