Folks looking at making a long weekend of it in October, with the England france game on saturday and the Wales Cougars memorial game on the sunday.

question is can you get to LSV via the train from say leeds? or vice versa to Cougar stadium from say mankchester on a sunday.... I could drive but then i'd not be able to indulge icon_biggrin.gifRUNK:

No problem getting from Manchester by train to Keighley on a Sunday. 50 minutes to Leeds. Then change train to Keighley only another 25 minutes. Cougar Park is a 10 minute stroll from Keighley Station. Leave Machester at say 12 noon and be in the "Hall of Fame" bar at Cougar Park before 2pm!

For LSV the best option would be train to Manchester and then the X34 bus from Piccadilly to Leigh 35 minutes and then a 10 min walk to the stadium.

Can't add anything more helpful about the travel, but it's probably best if you don't actually call it "mankchester" in hearing of locals, accurate though it is, but they can be touchy
