He's expressed an interest in going to play Union before.

He's chosen to do it at a time when he can no longer play rugby league to the required standard.

Not sure he owes much by way of an explanation to the chip on the shoulder, anti Union brigade for that.

Non story really. Anyone who ever played for/against Wigan Rufc in the 1980s and 1990s would not be surprised to see a whole host of famous RL players turning out, all called A N Other by some fluke. Kevin deserves a less taxing hobby in his retirement.
