TBF you do admit to not being sure about Hardaker which is fair really. Two of his "crimes" were the homophobic insults (one of which he wasn't found guilty off).....off the field, what would calling someone a "f*g" result in? Nothing at all. (Not condoning that btw but be realistic, we pretty much all hear that kind of language weekly at work/pub/match and don't bat an eyelid)
Also his first, breaking McNarama's curfew, silly but not evidence that he'd end up in jail if he wasn't good at rugby.
As a Leeds fan I imagine ppl will see this as me defending him BUT I don't think Hardaker is really a bad lad....just a dumb one who needs to grow up (and possibly will as the years past, if he starts a family that often screws peoples heads on right).
