This is mental. Isn't there a clutch of clubs in a league on the East Coast of USA? Philly, Providence, Boston etc. Might be a bit lower standard than they want however.

We need long term plans, long term goals, France need to start moving ar*e and push through a Toulouse or an Avignon that are on par with Catalans.
