saints blew their big chance and it was amusing, i would have found it amusing had it been my team, sometimes you have to laugh in the face of adversity, being a huddersfield fan for 25 years i have done a lot of laughing in that time!

if anyone found that humiliating then they shouldn't really be involved in the game emotionally.

According to Saints media manager, Sky said they had received a couple of complaints. Hardly "huge" numbers.

Anyone who submitted a complaint needs to walk to the nearest mirror, look themselves in the eye and then punch themselves in the head, really hard.

It was a brilliant, albeit cheesy, moment. I admit if it'd been Wigan I'd have probably muttered 'the cheeky b'strds' under my breath but it was funny as hell. Complaining would never even cross my mind.

Saints fans never bothered over the years when wire were Crap and for whatever reason sky kept seeing fit to air it and show us getting tore a new , that was pretty humiliating for a good 8 years, 3 times a season

I was sat in the stadium and saw it on the big screen and I was laughing, quality comedy I thought.

As said if i were a Saints fan I might not have been too happy, but I'd have been even more unhappy at my teams performance.
There's also a little bit of hypocrisy from the few fans who complained. As I bet they didn't complain when the shield was shown earlier in the game being unpacked in preparation to hand over to Saints.

I agree with the comments on the Grix injury. It was very very obvious a serious injury had occurred since you could see Grix's leg/foot pointing in a very strange direction. There was no need for a replay.
Personally I just can't watch those incidents anyway so I turned away (I know, I'm a wimp, I just can't watch!) but I don't see how it's of any benefit to the viewer to see it again.
