The Wigan fans who stayed till the end of the game were very well mannered in defeat. They applauded the Tigers players after the 3rd try as they marched back to the centre spot.
The Wigan fans we saw walking back to the car were very honourable also, shaking our hands and wishing us all the best and hoping we reach the final and win it.
No apologies for going after the last try. It's sit through 2 or 3 minutes of essentially meaningless play and then potentially more than 1 hour to get away from car park with 2 frustrated kids in the back seat, or miss those 2 minutes and get home for tea.
Well played Cas. Far better team on the day. Wigan defended OK, but were aimless going forward.
