Quote: Eaton "I know the RLWC was a few months back now, however I am conducting some research and I would really appreciate if you could answer any of the following questions.
1. How did you find the ticket prices for the games which you attended?
2. Did you take advantage of any group/multi buy offers?
3. Did you feel you received a good standard of customer service when purchasing your tickets?
4. Do you have any further comments regarding the ticketing system or price?
Many thanks'"
1) Reasonable considering the games that where on offer, always the bigger teams may cost more to watch, think i went to 5-6 games enjoyed them all greatly
2) Group offer for the Wigan QF and Leigh group game, would have taken others but they clashed with work and other matches etc.
3) Ground service is what you expect and receive at the grounds, bought all online all arrived together with separate booklets outlining the different grounds and also merchandise, but i did think they missed abit of a trick with merchandise at the stadiums was either nothing or a rubbish van with hardly anything on it, would have been better having the competing teams colours (shirts, flags, hats) then a smaller selection of RLWC kit.
4) No i would have attended every game if i was able to, prices where good in order to get a wider audience to come and watch, and i think they succeeded.
