I'm talking about bringing more of their amateur and semi-pro players into a full time environment to develop them. What's that got to do with last years international squads? My point is we would get more success from players coming from proper RL clubs from proper RL regions rather than places like America (or even the south of England!) where too many RL clubs play a very short season using mostly players from other sports.
