Reading the statement it sounds like the Bulls have had no official approach from Hull and its all been done through the media. Bradford obviously trying to stop this to stop any player been unsettled and asking clubs to put official bids and offers to the players.

I suspect if Carvell wanted to stay at Bradford he'd be in the media saying so already. There's a bit of negotiation in public going on IMO.
