Quote gutterfax="gutterfax"no...it was 27% out. I said 360k....it delivered 460k.....and some of those tickets were available (towards the end at a fiver a pop)...but I put my hands up and said well done to the organisers.....that was 3 months ago BTW! '"
Wow a whole 3 months ago, that's not even worth mentioning then is it.
You keep saying 27% like it's nothing, it's over 100,000 people.
I must've missed all these £5 tickets, which games in England were a fiver?

the massive success that was RLWC 2013 delivered smaller crowds than union friendlies on 4 of the 6 weekends and has resulted in RL getting no more (or no less) media coverage since in the UK.... '"
Why does everything with you have to be compared with RU? It's a different sport played that most of us could care less about, played in different parts of the country (mainly) who's playing season doesn't even run the same as ours. Why not compare RL with RL which is all we should be concerned with. And why RU, why not football or summer sports like tennis or cricket?
But since you're so obsessed and want to compare RU & RL, let's do it properly. How did the last RU WC go? Biggest drop in attendances in the history of the sport wasn't it? The RL WC broke records left right and centre.
And how can RL gain more coverage when there's nothing to cover? it's the off season ffs.

SORRY...WHAt???

AP, William Eve or whatever he calls himself these days. He has a long history of sprouting cr@p & trolling all season (mainly on the Leeds board) before spitting his dummy out and disappearing when all his predictions are completely wrong. Well done for not doing the same though.

People on here openly Bragged about tickets to Wembley for a tenner and final tickets for 15 quid.....if you want to deny these existed, then fine, but don't slag off someone who tells the truth
would you like me to list the last 25 crowds for international RL games in the UK....none of which had tickets for a fiver?
'"
Were they also saying they only went because it was £15 or were they just happy at saving a few quid? I got mine for £15 too but was going regardless so all that meant was i could afford some merchandise and an extra hot dog

You really think the only reason 66000 people decided to go to Wembley was because they could save a tenner? You're off your nut.
Yeah go for it with the attendance list, it'll only prove how much of a success the WC was.
And don't forget to list all the WC games where tickets were a fiver.
Quote gutterfax="gutterfax"
Fair enough.....it's not like the BBC have already moved RL of the international landing page is it...
'"
and again... off season.
