Seems the media coverage is paying off - Singha Beer official beer of the tournament and players to meet Prince Charles at Clarence House per RLWC website.

a question without any hidden agenda, but who is in charge of the media campaign and commercial side of this world cup? who ever they're are, they're doing a fantastic job, really enjoying the world cup youtube channel, plenty of national media work and some good commercial revenue by the looks of it.

thinks its a separate team employed by the RFL and plenty of volunteers

hopefully they will be kept on and the volunteers i hope are being rewarded for there efforts.

I agree they've done a fantastic job, and aside from the TV ads it seems to have been done quite cheaply through social media and using contacts to get articles in to newspapers and magazines.

I also think hosting teams in certain cities/areas has helped, the PNG & France players have been in the schools in Hull and this has helped raise interest locally.
