| Ordered mine 27/10/12, no sign of them yet despite all the others arriving together in September - rang at the time and was told they were being "printed separately", which sounded suspicious at the time - I will be ringing the ticket line tomorrow as that was clearly nonsense.

| The ridiculous thing is that of all the venues that should have posed a challenge for the RFL / RLWC / Ticketmaster, Huddersfield is pretty much at the bottom of the list.
This is a venue that hosts semi-finals almost every year and which has hosted more than enough internationals, WCCs and other RFL events. If they can't get ticketing right for Huddersfield, I dread to think how they've got on at somewhere like Bristol or The Knoll.

I can't get an answer on the phone either.
As much as this issue may be Ticketmaster's fault, this is basic customer service that the RFL / RLWC is failing in here.

| I was originally told that my tickets had been printed and would be sent out end of September. They never arrived so I queried it and was then told they were printed and sent out in August and that I would have to collect on the day. I refused to accept this and insisted on having ticket re-sent to me. The RFL representative said it wasn't possible as the tickets would be printed by the stadium, however he went to a meeting at the stadium and got them to print the tickets and post them. I also got a 50% discount for all the hassle. I was misinformed on a number of occassions but I do suspect that this is down to ticketmaster not the RFL. However now the RFL should issue regular updates.

Whoever is responsible, my contract as a consumer is with the RFL. It is not unreasonable to expect them to do something as basic as reply to an email or answer a phone.
I'm currently on hold to the Red Hall ticket number (rather than the useless RLWC number). Been on hold for 17 mins thus far.

| I hope the solution isn't collect at the stadium. I cannot make the game now, so would be unable to collect and I haven't got the tickets in hand to send back for a refund or give to a relative
