When time allows, I watch SL here in Bangkok - they show it on the Aussie channels, most of which are transmitted on the satellite systems. Lots of Aussie / NZ bars show it. Alternatively, I watch sky sports on my iPad via a VPN which cost £5 per month.

I can watch it online through the betting sites but hate all the lag that usually follows it so i will find some where it will be a weeks mission haha

If you're in a hotel the chances are you'll have it on the TV in the room. I was in Thailand last summer and managed to watch a couple of games in less than glamorous establishments!

Sounds good. With a bit of luck you'll be able to catch the NRL final the next day too. Sadly I'll just have to make do with trying not to fall asleep on the couch for the 1am KO.
