| Not sure how rated Paul Aiton is outside Wakefield fans but I think he is a cracking player.

He carried Uniteds midfield for much of last season.. Football debate may not go down too well on here

| Delaney or Carl Ablett.
Every team needs players who do the simple, no-frills things well.
Make effective carries, don't miss tackles, don't turn the ball over or give away too many penalties.
They are the two I'd pick out from a Leeds perspective.

Defensive workhorse, but there are plenty of better attacking hookers.

| Criag Huby has to be my choice at Cas. Very consistent over the years without much quality around him, he has been our best prop season after season (apart from the year he was injured!). Often plays long minutes without a problem and is strong in defence (unlike the rest of his team).
I think you realise how good he has been when you realise he's still only 27 (a baby in prop terms) and has made over 200 appearances for the club, which includes a full year out with a broken knee-cap.
