Glad this was brought up. Dactyl my tweet earlier and opinion. The coverage was excellent and "exciting". Not something I think of sky's commentary skills.

That does seem to be something of an issue with both broadcasters; I don't know anything about how TV works, but there does seem to be reluctance to change faces, unless they're involved in some kind of sex scandal of course.

Sky is infinitely better for mine, I guess it is just a matter of personal preference.

Sky's production values are higher, although they focus too much on trying to create controversy and scrutinising the performance of the officials.

The BBC, when they use Woods and either Kear or Noble, edge it in commentary. Sky have become formulaic and predictable, with Stevo just trotting out the same random phrases like John Motson on an old version of FIFA.

I agree with the comments about the BBC team. Long may it continue

I disagree with the (early page) comments about Sky. They are just different. Wells, McDermott and Carney I like a lot. Clarke I like but he needs a different role.
Stevo I think is coming to the end of his time but I'm ok with Eddie. I think we could just do with some variety in his role.
