The assistants that seem to be doing well are the ones that have followed on from a previously successful coach. Noble followed Elliott. Wane followed Maguire. Anderson has followed from Brown. The other promoted assistants haven't exactly done much. From my experience, they seem to make the same mistakes. Jimmy Lowes. Agar. Powell.
They need someone to learn from first before they step up.
