In August 2012, it was announced that he would be the Guest of Honour at the 2012 rugby league Challenge Cup Final between Warrington Wolves and Leeds Rhinos at Wembley on 24th August 2012, where one fan said he was going to jeer him because he wasn't Bradley Wiggins

Nah, these are the same people who claimed the Stobart deal was worth millions. You need a stronger word than "complete", or at least another word in there.
