Like my desktop that still ploughs away and copes with everthing I throw at it you mean? (Although admittedly I've finally got a new laptop)
Whilst I cannot deny that Apple produces good machines and there is an argument for seemless integration between devices, as a developer, the only way I can release something for that OS is if Apple say I'm allowed to. Try and do that for any other operating system, Windows, Unix, Android etc, and you can just stick it on a website available for anyone to use. And if Apple don't like the cut of your jib, they kick your apps off iTunes, and you have no comeback. You just stay with Apple and only do what they say you can do. And no, I don't have an XBox, I prefer the PS3. I know this is also a closed system, but it doesn't try and pretend to be anything other than a games machine with blu-ray player. (Yes I do realise i've pointed the gun at my foot, but I didn't pull the trigger).
Anyway, Geek Rant over, we'll never agree.
As for the game itself, if the screen shots are from in-game, it looks pretty good. What they should introduce though are regular updates for the teams as a free download. They won't do that though because it won't fit into the business model.
