| Quote stusavage="stusavage"As reported on Super League Back Chat and other avenues in the media Hull FC in their wisdom are charging away fans more that the home fans for admission to SL games:
£19 adults (home)
£23 (in advance, away) or £25 (on the day, away)
This is to watch the same game from either the home end or away end, frankly its wrong and I would encourage away fans to vote with their feet.'"
£23 for home fans in the East Stand the same as away fans if pre purchased before hand.

| Replies like just don't bother coming then are a nonsense and pretty pointless. I'll be coming along but do feel like I've been ripped off. I go to all games though and wouldn't want to miss this as it's set up to be a really good match but that doesn't make this right.
At all of the all seater stadiums on superleague it's cheaper to sit behind the posts then it is along the touchline so again the other replies like 'Hull fans pay the same in the east stand' are pretty irrelevant.
The cold hard facts are Hull are ripping off away fans and I don't expect the FC fans to apologise for that or try to give an explanation but it's a fact. The club or possibly the stadium owners have history for this as well with petty things like charging more for a pint in the away end then in the home sections. The figures for both that and even the ticket prices aren't huge but it could be a penny and it'd still be out of order.
Like I say I'll be there regardless but this certainly doesn't buy the Hull club any good will from other clubs and the risk is the Hull fans will pay the price for this at other grounds.
All pretty sad really.

You may sit anywhere you like in the stadium. If you choose not to you can hardly complain that you've been 'ripped off'.

you are entitles to sit on the sides at the KC and pay the same £23 as the home fans should you wish to do so. There were Wigan fans near us last season. No one makes you go in North stand, it is simply that stand is designated for AWAY fans. you simply pay more if you pay on the day.

| Baring in mind what NickyKiss says about even a penny difference being out of order I will ask again. How much do Wigan charge an away fan to sit in the North, and how much do they charge their own fans to sit in the south?

| It is wrong to charge more to away fans, the price would still be very high even if it was the same for both.
If away fans are free to choose where to sit then do Hull send tickets for each stand to the opposition club to sell before the game?

for the last time ticketing is done through the SMC not HULLFC
as far as I am aware when purchasing away tickets for HULLFC games away fans are usually allocated the North stand. however as has been pointed out can sit in other stands if they wish to do so.

Ummm you obviosly don't need me to tell you the answer to this and after a bit of digging as you know it's a pound more then we charge the home fans. I'll hold my hands up to that and admit I didn't know that but one thing I won't do is say things along the lines of 'don't bother coming then' or 'just sit in the home ends' because like us you guys shouldn't have to do that.
Wigan are then indeed ripping away fans off as well and it's out of order and needs looking at. I'll admit that because I don't believe everything Wigan does is perfect and above being a Wigan fan i'm a rugby league fan and have thought for a little while that superleague clubs needs to start looking at it's pricing structures as one or two clubs are getting a bit out of hand. This is a working class game at the end of the day and a family sport and a lot of people are finding things tough enough without crafty clubs trying to fleece them out of a few bob.

I may be miss-reading, but tickets for the Wigan/KR game seem to be going for £20 when bought from the rovers shop.

Yet in the south stand at DW, an adult ticket can be had for a mere £19 on the day purchase.
