Quote spooky="spooky"Can't really say there are any poor performers at Hull right now. There have been plenty of surprises in the form of better than expected performances (Sharp, Turner, Martin, Aspinwall to name a few). I suppose the only player who might be underperforming is Briscoe and that's only because we expect so much from the lad. He's certainly not playing badly.

Echo the above.
After four successive seasons when we would have had any number of contenders for inclusion in a thread like this, it's now difficult to pick out anyone based on 2012 so far.
If I had to pick one, then like spooky, it would be Tom Briscoe. He's not playing particularly badly but he just doesn't seem to be quite firing on all cylinders at the moment for whatever reason.
After being our main/only strike threat during the Agar years, he is now being eclipsed by Jordan Turner and Will Sharp (of all people) both of whom look transformed under Peter Gentle. So relatively speaking Briscoe appears to be a little off the pace compared to the high standards he has set himself in his career so far.
