Now that their boss is back, I think Cas will be up for it. They wont wid, but I dont see a stuffing.

Different circumstances. Cas didn't have a recognised front row for those games. Although it isn't at full strength, it won't be quite that easy to split us down the middle.

All those results came when Cas were missing the following:

x2 Winger
x1 Centre
x4 props
x2 second rowers

that's 11 players missing for long periods, and for at least one game there were 13 first team players out injured.

Tricky week decided to back Catalan and Wigan

Castleford put in the worst performance I have seen for years last week against London. I don't think that is a bad bet at all, excellent value. The fact that the only good thing going for them is a return of Ian Millward is another positive. I would have preferred Orr to be playing as he is a total liabilty these days.

My main reservation would be whether Huddersfield can motivate themselves against such lowly teams and score the points required. Danny Brough was asleep for most of the London game.

could some kind soul explain this handicap betting to me please? I fancy having a little gamble but I just don't understand how betting on handicaps works, how odds come into it etc.

Simple mate, Salford are +14 v Leeds tonight, if you back Salford they get a 14 point head start, if you back Leeds they have to win by more than 14.
