If you'd have just said the driver had been pulled for being on drugs and was banned for 2 years then it would have been enough.

Yours is still at the depot as the driver is waiting for his license to be registered. He used to be one of the best truck drivers in Australia though, so they're hoping to have faffed the paperwork around and be ready by about Round 5.
