39110_1363272058.jpg Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

| I really hope the RFL can use the stadium and maybe redevelop it. Just put all around the terracing and it would be a fantastic RL venue, like nothing else seen around the country and a great semi-final and national leagues finals day venue, along with a great International venue which actually has an atmosphere.

The experience of the Giants in 2009 2010 suggests otherwise. Over 50% of the people buying their first ever-cheap - ST in 2009 bought a 'full price' ticket in 2010 and 2011. This is probably why the Giants have repeated the approach in 2012'"
Is this really true? I wasn't aware that the pricing structure had reverted back to full price in 2010 and 2012. I still think it's a risky ploy.

7741_1339451243.jpg When you're a Bradford fan there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.
Unfortunately it's usually an oncoming train:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_7741.jpg |

Well the basic ground entry tickets for Bradford went up £10 this year to £85. Though there's a 10% drop on the number sold last year, this can be pointed at as being the fault of Bradford's poor season. However, the Bulls still sold over 10k and as they don't have the rich backer than clubs like Huddersfield etc have to pick up the financial slack of these sort of deals, the costs have clearly been worked out so that the club is not out of pocket from offering these prices

| Aye, Confirmed tonight (in response to my specific question) just over 10.1k season tickets so far. About 10% down on the same time and comparable memberships last year. I paid £117 c/w £99 last year. Prima facie, season ticket income this year should be a bit higher than last year. Not what the naysayers will want to hear, I guess.

Good news, all the best to the club.
